Students have a Simple Machines test in Science on Thursday. They will receive a study guide on Monday. We will be using this to help practice study skills using a variety of study techniques. Obviously, study skills are an essential part of their schooling and will be more and more important as the years go by. It’s best to start as early as possible. In addition, a week ago I gave students an opportunity to do a Rube Goldberg project at home (like the one we already did in school) for extra credit on the test. Students who wish to complete this optional extra credit assignment have until Friday. All they have to turn in is a video of the project. Specific details were shared with each student as a Google Doc.
